The Harvey Ball was Worcester celebrating at its very best! The Museum of Worcester is proud to honor the legacy of Harvey Ball and pleased to recognize this year’s Smile Award Recipient Harriette “Harlee” Chandler – a trailblazer whose 28 years of legislative leadership helped shape a more equitable and vibrant Commonwealth. Her legacy is woven into the fabric of Worcester, Central Massachusetts, and beyond. The impact of her advocacy and accomplishments continues to illuminate our community.
