Arab Massachusetts: Building Community in the Commonwealth explores the rich histories and experiences of Arab American communities across Massachusetts, featuring both historic and contemporary stories from Worcester, Boston, Quincy, and Lawrence.

This groundbreaking exhibition brings together archival research and the voices of Arab Americans living in Massachusetts to share stories dating from the late 19th century through the present day. Many of these stories have long remained within individual families or institutional archives, and this exhibition brings them together for the first time to celebrate the experiences, contributions, and enduring impact of Arab American communities throughout the Commonwealth.
