Off the Shelves: Worcester from A to Z

Off the Shelves: Worcester from A to Z

January, 2005 - March, 2007 | Booth Gallery

Off the Shelves is the name of the show.
Twenty-six things you soon will know.
Forward and backwards, either way,
from A to Z or Z to A.
Info about people, places, and things,
bicycles, trains and fancy rings.
Facts and figures, sights and sounds,
things seen all around town.
So look and listen, think and learn,
valuable information you soon will earn.
For this is the story of this very place,
all of these objects in our space.
So put on your caps and get ready to go,
but most of all, enjoy the show.

A glimpse into the unique collections of Worcester Historical Museum with something for everyone-and every letter in the alphabet! Daguerreotypes, circus posters, toys, jewelry, paintings, corsets, and furniture and more-all reflect Worcester’s past, present and future.
