Donate to the Collections

Worcester Historical Museum desires a collection that is truly representative of the communities that make up Worcester and their distinct histories and experiences.  Donations of diaries, letters, photographs, organizational records, archival materials, artwork and other artifacts play a critical role in this effort.  Worcester Historical Museum’s library and artifact collections inform our understanding of local history and helps scholars and researchers interpret life past and present.

It is not possible to accept everything that is offered.  Donations are accepted at the discretion of  WHM and must fit within the collection policy.  If you would like to discuss a possible donation of archival or library materials please contact the librarian.  If you would like to discuss a possible donation of artifacts or artwork please contact the curator.
